Adding an activity via the Home page

You can add an activity through the Homepage, and it will automatically appear in your calendar. 
Follow the steps below:

1. Login to Smart Learn. Then, select your desired center.

 

Homepage appears.

2. Then, Click the “Plus  button in the lower right corner of the screen 

 

3. On the menu, click ACTIVITY

 

 

4. Create Activity fields appear. Fill out the following fields: 

  • Title - the title of the activity
  • Description- description of the activity
  • Start date- The start date of the activity ensures to use of the format Dd/Mm/Yyyy
  • Start time- start time of the activity in format HH: MinAM/PM. Click on the clock icon to select from the dropdown menu 
  • -End time- Optionally enter the end time of the activity. Endtime of the activity in format HH: Min AM/PM. Click on the clock icon to select from the dropdown menu
  • Activity type- Select the type of activity from the options
  • Tick Recurring checkbox - click the tick box to repeat the activity
  • Public Tickbox - sets enable the option to share the activity with parents, guardians, etc. 


Tick the "Recurring" box to schedule the activity to repeat at regular intervals.

 

 

Select the desired day/s as applicable from the buttons (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). When using the Activities filter, Activity is displayed multiple times depending on the count of children selected. (MONTH, WEEK, DAY, ACTIVITIES)

 
Then click CREATE to save all entries. The notification appears on the bottom of the page 



The created activity can be seen in the Calendar and appears within the ACTIVITIES/ DAY/ WEEK menu on the upper right corner of the screen
