Filtering Activities

As the number of activities grows, locating specific ones could become cumbersome. Fortunately, Smart Learn offers intuitive features to streamline your search. To filter and quickly find your desired activities, please follow the instructions below

2. Then click the Calendar icon from the Navigation bar. The calendar page appears.

3. Then click FILTER. Filter page appears.

4. Set the value for the following fields:

Date from - select the start date range to narrow the activity search
Date to - select the end date range to narrow the activity search

By default, the Date displayed for both fields is 30 days before and after the current date

Rooms - assigned rooms for the enrolled children
Children - an enrolled child in Smart Central
Learning Outcomes - preset Learning Outcomes in the system
Custom Tags - added customised tags
Visibility -filter activities according to the visibility set in the activity information visibility (Public, Private/ Public

5. Then, Click APPLY button to save the entries. Filter result appears
