Parent App can also be used to /read/ reply to messages. Follow the steps on how to view messages using the Parent App:
1. Login to the Parent App. homepage appears |
2. If messages were sent from the centre or from an educator ( Refer to Sending parent messages via Kindyhub 2.0 and Sending notes to parents via Smart Central for references |
3. Sent messages appear on the home page of the parent app. Click Acknowledge to view/ reply to messages. |
4. Acknowledge Note window appears. To reply to the message enter reply in the message box and click Acknowledge to proceed. A notification appears at the bottom of the page, and messages that have already been viewed no longer appear on the homepage. Images and other files can also be attached to the messages using the add image icon |
