Any visitor to the centre, such as deliveries to the service, visitors for tours, etc will use the QR code to sign in and out of the centre, once they use the QR code, their information is maintained in the system. A visitor may be anyone from a new family, a maintenance person, a therapist for a child, etc.
1. Log in to the system. Then, click People from the top menu bar and select Visitors |
The visitors' page appears. Then select a service from the Service dropdown menu and use the Filter by name, mobile, or IP address text field |

2. Search results appear with the details of the visit. |
