Adding a Holiday Program

Services that stay open during holidays frequently offer special activities and sessions. By implementing a holiday program, you can simplify this scheduling process. Parents can easily view and book these special activities for their children online, eliminating the need for distributing physical calendars. All bookings will be directly sent to you through the "Applications" section in SmartCentral, making the entire process more efficient and convenient for everyone involved.

1. Login to Smart Central. Select the Centre. Centre page appears

 

2. Then click Programs. The programs page appears. 

 

3. Then click Add. Add new program page appears.

This is the section where you'll input overarching details for the program, like "Summer Holiday Activities." You'll have the opportunity to add individual activities at a later stage. 

4. Enter details on the empty fields. 

Note: We recommend keeping the "Active" box unchecked until you've added all the activities and are prepared for parents to start making bookings. Marking the program as "Active" signifies that it's ready to accept bookings. 

 

 

 

5. Then click Save to save all entries. The added program appears




6. Click on the number in blue under "Activities" in your new program to start adding activities.
