In rare situations, a parent who already has a child enrolled in your service might encounter issues when trying to submit an additional online application. Then you may need to manually add the new child to the existing parent profile.
Here is how to do that:
1. Click People from the top menu bar, select Parent.
2. Parents page appears. Select from the Enrolled at the dropdown menu. Then, use the Filter by name, CRN, or email text field
3. Search results appear. Click on the Id number of the parent.
4. Parent’s details appear. Then click Add New Child
