Creating Reports via the Homepage

How to create a report from the homepage:


1. Login to Smart Learn and select a centre. 

2. The homepage appears. Then, click the Add button

 

 


3. Then, click REPORT. Create Report appears. Fill out the necessary fields. Create Report window appears:

  • Report Title – Enter the title of the report
  • Date - Select a date for the report from the date picker menu
  • Template - created template used to standardize the content (assigned by the centre of the reports. 

4. Then, click the PROCEED button. Edit report page appears. Input details using the text editor. Text editorial functions can be used in the report creation (i.e.: bold, italics bullets, alignment, etc.). The ADD MEDIA can be used to insert images within the created report. However, captured images within the day can only be inserted within the report ( Refer to Adding Images to the Report for reference). Tags can also be inserted in the created report ( Refer to Adding tags to the report for reference)

5. Once all details are inserted into the report. Click Save 

 

 

Note: When creating a template for reports. Use the same steps. However, ensure to click Save as Template from the right hand section of the pageThen click SAVE to proceed. A notification appears at the bottom of the page. 

 

Once reports/ templates are successfully created, it is automatically listed in alphabetical order on the assigned page.
