How to create a report from the homepage:
1. Login to Smart Learn and select a centre. |
2. The homepage appears. Then, click the Add button |
3. Then, click REPORT. Create Report appears. Fill out the necessary fields. Create Report window appears:

4. Then, click the PROCEED button. Edit report page appears. Input details using the text editor. Text editorial functions can be used in the report creation (i.e.: bold, italics bullets, alignment, etc.). The ADD MEDIA can be used to insert images within the created report. However, captured images within the day can only be inserted within the report ( Refer to Adding Images to the Report for reference). Tags can also be inserted in the created report ( Refer to Adding tags to the report for reference) |
5. Once all details are inserted into the report. Click Save

Note: When creating a template for reports. Use the same steps. However, ensure to click Save as Template from the right hand section of the page. Then click SAVE to proceed. A notification appears at the bottom of the page.

Once reports/ templates are successfully created, it is automatically listed in alphabetical order on the assigned page.
