For those who contribute to creating safe environments for children through their work, maintaining an updated Working With Children Check (WWCC) is not just a legal requirement but a reflection of your commitment to the community's well-being. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to update your WWCC details:

  1. Start by logging in to your online account. Enter your username and password to access the homepage.
  2. Once you're logged in, locate the “Services” tab at the top of the page. Click on it to proceed to the services section of your account.
  3. Within the Services section, find and click on "CCS" then select "Personnel". This action will display a list of staff members associated with your provider.
  4. Next to each staff member's name, you will see their provider role number. Click on this number to open the detailed view of their personal and role-related information.
  5. As you scroll down, you'll reach the WWCC section.
Here, you need to fill in all the required details:
  • Action: Add, Update or Remove
  • Card Number: Enter the WWCC card number without spaces or dashes.
  • Expiry Date: Input the date in the format of YYYY-MM-DD. For example, if the card expires on the 15th of March 2024, you would enter 2024-03-15.
  • Issuing State/Territory: Select the state or territory that issued the WWCC from the dropdown menu.

Before you submit the information, ensure that the "Action" field is set. If this field is left blank, your update will not be successful.

Review and Submit

Double-check all the information you've entered for accuracy. Once you're sure that all details are correct and complete, submit the update.
