Viewing the child’s Immunisation, MMP (Medical Management Plan) & Epipen

Monitoring the child’s Immunisation, MMP & Epipen is important. The following page allows the service to track the status of children's Immunisations, MMP and Epipens. The information is filtered from the application form completed by families at the time of enrolment. A medical management plan must be provided annually, or as the child’s medical condition changes, for children diagnosed with any medical condition. The status shows if the information is missing, overdue, or up to date. Follow the steps below on how to view the Immunisation, MMP & Epipen report

1. Log in to the System. Click Extracts from the top menu bar. dropdown menu appears. Then select Immunisation, MMP & Epipen.

Note: Highlighted orange sub menu this will not show for any roles except SC staff.

2. Immunisation, MMP & Epipen page appears. Then, select from the Service dropdown menu.

3. Then, enter a name on the Filter by Name text field.

4. Filter result appears. the record displays details of the child’s Immunisation, MMP & Epipen

Note: If the status is “Overdue”, services can then select the ID button and send an email from the system directly to all the families who are either missing or overdue requesting they provide the information.
