Extracts>Reports> Booking Summary report

This report displays a weekly summary of all the active bookings for the selected week. The report can be arranged by the room or the session codes.

Week Ending	Ending date of the Summary Report
Group By	Select the arrangement of the information - room or session code.
Services	elect a service
Notes Column	An option to include or not include a Notes column in the report. The report can be previewed or in PDF format. Print preview allows changes to be made from the report by selecting the ID number.
Style	Option to display the column for notes
Style	Select the type of view from the dropdown menu: ● Default ● Classic - Child DOB, Parent 1 first and last name, Parent 2 first and last name, mobile.
