Extracts>Reports> Child Details Report
Allows services to produce an emergency list for all children using an active enrolment within a selected period. The report allows services to include or exclude additional information depending on the content required. This report is useful for weekly emergency lists or holiday programs.
Services | Select a service from the system. |
From | Start date of the report |
To | End date of the report |
Order | Order style of the report layout: child/room. Filtering options are also available. |
Filter Options | Select the necessary filter |
Child details updated since | Select a date. |
Include Contacts | Select Yes/No to include the personal /authorised contacts |
Filtering Contacts | Select the necessary filter |
