Confirming bookings from Parent App

Parent App 2.0 includes a booking function in the Event menu. Follow the steps below to confirm if the bookings has been successfully saved:

2 ways to check:

  • Should appear on the child details page
  1. Login to smart Central. Click People. Then select the centre and enter the name to filter the search

 

2. Filter result appears. click on the ID number of the added child 

3. Child’s details page appears. click on the id number of the enrolled child. Enrolment page appears. 

 

 

 

4. Then click Bookings. Bookings tab appears. The bookings page include added Bookings on the selected Centre. The added Booking performed on the Parent App appears. 

 


  • Should appear on the Rolls page

5. Login to Smart Central. Then,  click Service.  Select a centre from the ropdown menu

 

7. The service details page appears. Click Ratio. Use the date when the booking was made and the name to filter the search. Search result appears.  The booked child should appear on the list
