Once the templates are added to the Forms. It can now be used by the Centre for Operations. Follow the instructions below on how to use the templates for the Forms:
1. Login to Smart Central. Click Services from the top menu bar. Then select the centre |
2. On the Centre details page, click Forms. Forms page appears. |
3. this page includes all the forms added by the centre. Added templates appear on the dropdown menu. Refer to (Select a template from the dropdown menu. Refer to Adding a Template in Forms for reference). Then, click Add |
4. On this page, Set the options:
● click on the necessary tickboxes. ● Optionally enter comments. ● Select a staff on the Submitted by ropdown menu. |
