Adding New Staff Attendance via Ratio Screen

Staff Attendance can be added using the Ratio tab. Follow the instructions below on how to add new staff attendance using the Ratio tab:

1.      Sign in to the system. Click on Services from the top menu bar and select a service from the dropdown menu.

2.      Service details tab appears. Then click Ratio from the menu bar 

 

 

 

3.      The educator to Child Ratio tab appears. Scroll down to the page and click Add New Att 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.      Add new page appears. Enter the necessary details for the attendance sheet:

  • Date - Date of the Attendance to add
  • In - Exact time in of the staff
  • Out - Exact time out of the staff
  • User - Select the staff’s name from the dropdown menu 
  • Room name - Select the room assignment of the staff
  • Responsible - Tick/Untick if the staff is officially assigned to be responsible for the children 

 

 

 

 

5.      Then, click Save to save the entries.

The added attendance appears on the Ratio tab
