Adding a New Session Code

Adding new session code 

Follow the steps below on how to create/add a new session code:

  1. Login to the system, go to the top menu bar and click Services. 

 

 

  1. Services dropdown menu appears. Then, click All

  1. list of all available services appears. Click on the desired service ID number on the left column of the page.

  1. Lollipop Children's Centre Service page appears. Click on the Session Codes tab.

  1. The Session Codes page appears. Click Add new session code.

  • 6.       Enter the specific details for the new session code. 

Refer to Session Codes for reference on one of the fields. 

Add the name of the session code.

  1. Enter the value for the Session fee. The arrow up/down on the right side of the field can also be used to increase/decrease the value as an alternative way to enter an amount.

  1. Enter the start and end times of the session.

  1. Click Save to save the new session code.

 

 

 

 

The new Session Code now appears on the list. Note: Session codes are arranged alphabetically

For undisputed session fee,  MYGOV enrolment notice has a casual session on the MYGOV enrolment notice. CCS technical specs state that if the system (Smart Central) puts the highest rate that could possibly be charged on the MYGOV enrolment notice (i.e. the highest session code). Then, the service staff does not need to push every single casual session through to MYGOV for the parent to confirm. The highest rate is chosen ( it cannot be determined) session code that  will be  assigned for a casual session,(if asked).Also,  a condition that states on SC’s CWA that the charged the casual session rate that was booked for.
