Parent Direct Debit Setup

Admins have the flexibility to initiate the direct debit setup process either by sending the setup link to a specific parent individually, or by sending the link to multiple parents at once. 



Individual Registration


  1. Login to Smart Central. Click Parent from the top menu bar. 

2.  Parent page appears. Search for the parent using the filter options. 

3. Search results appear. Then click on the ID number 

 

 

 

 

 

4. On the Parents Page, click Request DD Update.  This can be used to register new parents and also if an existing parent needs to update their Direct Debit details.

An email with instructions will then be sent to the parent. After the parent completes the steps, their Direct Debit will become linked. 

Sending the link to multiple parents at once

From the parents page, select "Setup Direct Debit" to send the email to all parents in one click.
