In some instances the Organisation number / Service number needs to be determined. Follow the steps below to find out:
1. Login to Smart Central. Click Account. Then, click My Profile |

2. Profile page appears. Then scroll down to the default organisation dropdown menu. The organisation number is the number beside the organisation name |

3. To determine the Service ID number, Click Services |
4. On the dropdown menu, under Services, select the desired centre. |
|
5. Centre details page appears. The number displayed beside the centre name on the tab is the service ID number. |
