if the rostering is regularly( ie: performed every 3 weeks), Setup the first 3 weeks and copy the rest. Follow the steps below to copy the roster:
1. Login to the system. Then click Services from the top menu bar and select a service. |
2. Services details tab appears. Then click Rostering from the menu bar. |
3. The rostering tab appears. Select a schedule to edit. The roster can also be viewed using the Educator/ Room toggle button from the top menu. |
4. Select a blank week and click COPY |

5. Then, select the week date to copy from the calendar pick dropdown menu |
6. Set the necessary options and click |
7. Scroll down to the copied schedule. The schedule now appears. |
8. The roster appears individual roster can be manually added and customized, Refer to Adding a Schedule to the Roster in Educator View/Room View for reference. The copied schedule can also appear using the Room view. |
Tip: Click on the day link(Monday) to see the daily rostering view. The rostering (blue) displays the in/out. The room view is easier to view. Once rosters are added, it automatically appears in the Timesheet. Go back to the entered date where the roster was copied to. The date roster now displays the coped roster and can now ve sent out WARNING: most issues occur in rostering because of date conflict
