Automatic Schedules.

Are you tired of manually handling repetitive tasks like attendance submissions, direct debits, or fee projections? There's a simple solution: automation.

You can now set up automatic schedules for these processes. Once you do, you can forget about them while they run automatically in the background. It's a quick and easy way to save time and reduce the hassle of everyday tasks!


  1. Log in to the Centre. Then, click  Account from the top menu bar.

2. On the dropdown menu, click Setup Org. Edit organisation page appears.

 

 

 

3. Then, click Schedules. Automated Task Schedules page appears. 

4. Then click Add. Add new schedule page appears. 

5. Enter details for the following:

  • Job name: - Name of the process you want to set up.
  • Start - The start field is when the schedule starts running, not the day it runs on.
  • End - When the automation should end.
  • Every * weeks - number of week/s the job runs e.g 1 week for weekly, 2 weeks for fortnightly.
  • Week Day - Enter the day the job should run. Eg. Friday if automatic attendance submission. 

1.  6.    Click Save to save the entries. The new schedule appears on the Automated Task Schedules page.
