Once parents have submitted their applications and you have approved them, you will need to submit the enrollment. Only after the enrolment is submitted will you be able to create a booking for the child, submit sessions, and claim CCS.
Follow the steps below to submit an enrollment:
First, you will need to locate the enrolment. |
Parents page appears. On the filter by name, CRN, or email. Enter the desired Parent’s name to search. Searching for a family who has been approved but not enrolled as yet. Drop the box Not enrolled. |
Search results appear, click on either the name or ID number of the search result. Enrolment details appear |
Enrolment details appear. Scroll down to check on the status. If the status is not yet submitted, click on the ID number. |
The enrolments page appears. Click on the Type dropdown menu and select the desired enrolment type. This will almost always be "CWA" (complying written agreement). This is the type you must choose if you are to claim CCS. |

For family Daycare only - Select FDC Educator Person ID dropdown menu to select. |

Click Save to save all entries. |

Once confirmed, the status should display as an “Active” Enrolment has been submitted and the account is automatically linked to CCS. |
